PEEK® (Polyether ether ketone) is a semicrystalline super engineering plastic with the highest level of performance. Concentrated sulfuric acid is the only general purpose chemical in which PEEK can be dissolved. Moreover, it has excellent heat resistance, abrasion resistance, flame resistance and hydrolysis resistance, and it is used in various fields like OA equipments, automobiles, IC wafer carrier and LCD manufacturing jigs.

PEEK* is a super-engineering thermoplastic excellent for its special physical and chemical characteristics.

Excellent chemical resistance, impenetrable by most chemicals with the exception of concentrated sulfuric acid

Excellent thermal and water resistance; Maintains high heat-resistance strength

Excellent abrasion, shock, and fatigue resistance

Excellent radiation resistance and electrical properties

Heat-resistant Temperature: 180° C (UL Approved Temperature)

Excellent flame-resistance cleared by UL Standard 94V-0

Useful for chemical-resistant applications such as FPD (Flat Panel Display) and semiconductor production equipment/ devices, printed circuit board etching devices, metal plating equipment, and chemical plants.

Useful for hot-water pumps and chemical pumps

Useful for electric/ electronic field applications: Transformer

Use with a nut to compensate for thread molding pitch errors. When a nut is not used, it is recommended that the overlap of mating screw threads be shorter than 20mm.
